just a little gerald...

meet, gerald the twelfth. he’s still just a little fella. maybe it’s his first time finding his way to the shore alone.

he’s hopeful, nervous...a little. eager to prove himself, but mostly, just excited to experience something new on his own.

sometimes that’s it. branching out, while knowing there is something, someone, safe to go back to.

try something new. wander around a little. take a different road and find your way home, without your phone. take joy in the little big journeys. it’s okay to start small, and take your time, but you’ll never know what’s around the corner until you get there.
